WE ARE USING IPS e.max® BLANK
IPS e.max® is a high-strength, lithium disilicate glass-ceramic material known for its exceptional esthetics, durability, and versatility. Ideal for crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, and bridges (up to 3 units), it combines natural translucency with superior flexural strength (up to 530 MPa).
It can be processed through either pressing or CAD/CAM techniques, making it a trusted choice for both digital and traditional workflows.

1. TURNAROUND TIME
All cases are processed and completed within our standard turnaround times. Once your case is completed, orders are shipped during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).

2. SHIPPING METHODS
We primarily ship via UPS. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor delivery status.

4. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are charged per order, not per unit or case.

5. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
If part of your order is completed earlier, we may ship available items first. The remaining items will be shipped once completed at no additional shipping cost.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our dental products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

7. OUR COMMITMENT

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

All products are custom-made to each case and prescription. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
If a cancellation request is submitted before completion, charges may apply based on the stage of production already completed.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

2. REFUNDS & CREDITS
Due to the custom nature of our dental products, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
In certain cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened or used items—including zirconia materials, implant components, tools, and related products—are non-returnable.
These items require strict handling and storage conditions to ensure quality and safety.

4. REPAIRS & ADJUSTMENTS
Minor adjustments such as contact adjustments may be provided at no additional charge.
Additional modifications, remakes, or changes from the original prescription may incur extra fees.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending cases for repair or adjustment. Return shipping will also be charged accordingly.

5. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received does not match the order
- The product is defective or unusable due to manufacturing error

All return requests must be reviewed and approved prior to sending items back.

6. RETURN PROCESS
Once a return is received and inspected, our team will contact you regarding the next steps.
If applicable, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

7. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
