Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation for a case already sent into production, please submit your request via written email. Cancellation fees will apply based on the portion or entirety of the manufacturing process completed at the time of the request.

If your cancellation is approved, a Dflex credit will be issued as in-store credit for future purchases. Please note that we do not provide refunds to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

To ensure the highest quality and safety standards, certain items cannot be refunded once opened. These include:

  • Custom abutment
  • Zirconia crown and copings
  • Implant components

These products have specific storage and handling requirements that must remain uncompromised. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details and specifications prior to purchase.

Returnable Products

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The product is defective or unsuitable for use
  • The product was milled in the incorrect shade or material

Shipping & Returns Information

  • Return shipping labels are not provided, and shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Any refunds issued will have return shipping fees deducted
  • For products valued over $100, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned goods without tracking or insurance
