Dflex Dental Milling Center is dedicated to offering excellent customer service. Please read our shipping policy below for detailed information about our shipping services.
1. TURNAROUND TIME
Once we have completed your work, we will ship the item(s) to you within our standard turnaround times during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
2. CARRIERS
We primarily use UPS for our deliveries:
- UPS Ground (Default shipping method)
- Additional shipping speed upgrades available upon request
3. SHIPPING RATES
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method
- Shipping fees are per order, not per unit or case
- Additional shipping costs may apply for expedited services
4. ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor your delivery status.
5. SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS
- For items valued over $100, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method
- Standard shipping typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location
6. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will ship you the portion of your order that is completed. When the item becomes available and the work is completed, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling charges for the second shipment.
